Flagship Medical, Inc. is a Joint Commission accredited company founded in 1986 and was originally called C & H Medical. We started out by primarily working with hospital case managers from local hospitals to deliver equipment when patients were discharged. In 2002, C & H Medical came under new ownership and the company was renamed Flagship Medical, Inc.
In 2003 we became one of the leading DME suppliers in our region by expanding our service to include: wound care, ostomy, urological, personal care, incontinence supplies, and more. Over the last 15 years, we have become experts in the home care and hospice industry.
